Profile of the Law Office

The Law Office Heringeš & Veverka provides its comprehensive legal services since year 2000. Due to the well qualified and experienced team of lawyers the Law Office provides its legal services with high professional standard and with emphasis on guarantee of professional ethics. We provide legal services also in German and English language.

The Law Office Heringeš & Veverka has liability insurance against damage caused in connection with provision of legal services with an insurance coverage to the amount of 1.500.000 EUR, which even can be flexibly increased upon the request of the client.

The premises of the Law Office Heringeš & Veverka is situated in Bratislava-Petržalka and provides its legal services all over the territory of the Slovak Republic.

With respect to legal professionalism, knowledge of the Slovak and European business environment and due to good language skills, legal services of our Law Office are used also by clients from abroad, by business companies with foreign participation as well as by international corporations operating in the territory of the Slovak Republic. At present we provide our legal services not only in Slovak but also in German and English language.

Among our clients there are several business companies conducting their business activities in the field of textile industry, machine industry, food production, agriculture, financial consultancy, advertising, logistics, financial leasing, real estate and investments including current investments into renewable energy sources.

Concerning our legal services we emphasize the comprehensiveness, effectiveness, promptness, active attitude and limitation of potential risks with special regard to business objective of the client. It is a matter of course for us to cooperate with audit, accounting and tax advisory company. On the grounds of such a close cooperation we are able to consider not only the legal matter, but also the tax, accounting and other aspects of business activities and transactions of our clients. Besides we effectively cooperate with Offices of the Notary Public and court executors as well as court translators and interpreters. We actively use the electronic verified signature, by means of which we are able to file motions and other legal petitions electronically and therefore to save time and expenses of our clients.

The Law Office Heringeš & Veverka also closely cooperates with other law firms from Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Russian Federation, Romania and Bulgaria.
